Who are our seminars aimed at?

All company employees can benefit from our seminars.
All attendees will receive a Certificate of Attendance.

Seminar Structure

All seminars are based on individual modules and in some instances can be tailored to your individual requirements.

Seminar Details

All seminars start at 9:30am and end at approx. 4:30pm with 45 min. for lunch. The seminars are held at a suitable venue on the client's premises.
The number of delegates on each seminar is a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 for each session.

Stress Management Introduction Seminar (1 Day)

All company employees can benefit from this seminar.

At the end of the seminar delegates will be able to recognise symptoms of excessive stress in themselves and others, and have learnt techniques to help them cope positively with pressure.

This is a more in-depth seminar with more individual exercises and self-analysis.

Managing Absence Seminar (1 Day)

Anyone managing staff can benefit from this seminar.

At the end of the seminar delegates will be able to recognise and deal with staff absenteeism more effectively and constructively and also understand the differences of absence.
