My private client sessions are generally 50 minutes in length and carry the following charges:

Introduction meeting - £15 for up to 1 hour

This is the first time we meet to assess your requirements and discuss your expectations of the service and the anticipated outcome of any sessions. To comply with my insurance cover, I will have to go through some forms with you and to establish if we can work together. After all, you are the client and you have to be happy with the therapist you are going to work with.

Once we have agreed the right therapy service for you, the fees below come into effect:

General Hypnotherapy sessions - £45 per hour

These sessions will be structured to deal with each client and the requirements to make the most of each therapy session to achieve the desired improvements.

General Counselling sessions - £30 per hour

General counselling sessions refer to your requirement of confidential talks. Here we will explore the issues of 'why, how, when' etc. to help you to find ways of dealing with your problems better and more effectively. General counselling does NOT involve any hypnosis and is purely based on assessment, identification of root causes and the subsequent solution finding of dealing with your personal issues.

Mobile therapy call-out charge + £10 per session

Sometimes clients wish to use my 'Mobile Therapist' service, during which I will come and visit you in your own home. I am able to provide this service within the following areas: East London, Docklands, Canning Town, West Ham, Plaistow, Stratford, Leyton, Walthamstow, Ilford, Barking and Dagenham.
To make this home-visit therapy work I have to point out that we must be able to work without interruptions, such as pets, phones or children etc., which could interfere with your session. This is especially important for counselling sessions as it would remove the confidentiality from our meeting. 'Mobile Therapist' services are charged the additional £10 per session to cover for my travel time and expenses.

Reduced rates for low income clients

I am happy to negotiate fees for those on low incomes, as I believe that individuals should have the same opportunities for therapy as others. Proof of income may be required.

Notice for cancellations or re-scheduling

If you cannot make an appointment please give at least 48 hours notice. If you do not give at least 48 hrs notice, you may be liable for the cost of the whole session.

If for any reason you arrive late for your booked session, I am afraid that the time you have lost cannot be added later. So if you have booked a 50min session and you arrive 10min late, your session will last only 40min.

Please note that all sessions have to be paid in cash before commencement of the session.
