I work in a humanist/person centred approach and sessions will be structured to meet the particular needs of each of my clients. My background is varied and has included over 15 years experience in general management, incorporating various functions within personnel, accounts, IT and training management - before I moved into the field of consulting and therapy.

My clients appreciate the fact that I have decided to keep my practice small, personal and friendly. This enables me to offer a high level of service and confidentiality.

My qualifications include:

• Diploma in Complete Mind Therapy DCMT
• Diploma in Stress Management & Counselling MASC
• Diploma in Aromatherapy
